Germán Alonso is a young artist and filmmaker striving to complete his first feature film, while plagued by the ghost of a long-lost love and a battle for creative control with his producers. His project, MexMan, is a grandiose action/sci-fi immigration tale, about a young Mexican immigrant who comes to the U.S. for a better future, then dies unexpectedly and is turned into a cyborg who seeks vengeance for the crimes against him.
